A sterling 19 years of an excellent track record in site supervision of multimillion-dollar projects, he brings rich experience to their role as an Engineer. Known for his exceptional site supervision and management skills, he is most responsible and has proven to lead a team effectively. With outstanding presentation skills and a natural ability for teamwork, he excels in fostering collaborative environments and getting along with people from diverse backgrounds.

Mohammad Shahid Siddiqui

General Manager

Have over 22+ Years of experience in cross-cultural environments by managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works and leading teams for large & complex developments in India and overseas. Out of overall exposure, have spent 14 years in the Middle East (UAE & Qatar) in project management, business development, and estimation. Also responsible for managing P&L for the organization.

Successfully managed 250 complex shutdowns for a live Airport project at Qatar International Airport (HIAEP) within challenging time frames.
Steered in mitigating delays in project handling in 12 months for India’s prestigious Super Tall Towers (80 Storey X 6 Towers) including Trump Tower Mumbai
Credit of saving multi-million rental support to flat owners due to delays in possession.
Secured MEP Projects approx. USD 50 to 75 Mn. annually from 2012 to 2017 by heading Sales with Al Futtaim in Qatar.
Handed over 17,500 TR of District Cooling Plant as Head (Civil + MEP) of the project in Doha, Qatar
Delivered the most complicated & extremely high-end LEED Platinum 5 Hotel Project – Mandarin Oriental in Doha, Qatar.
Two months early handed over for 07 Underground stations for Delhi Metro.
Secured the best productivity rate of individual activities while executing the DIFC project in Dubai, UAE & saved 50% of assigned labor cost
